DROP-IN VS. UNDERMOUNT
When it comes to drop-in sinks, they simply drop in and sit on top of the counter leaving behind a visible lip. An undermounted sink is mounted on the bottom of a counter that leaves a clean seamless appeal. If you're looking to create a simplistic modern kitchen, an undermounted sink does the job well. Drop-in sinks are by no means bad, it will depend on the aesthetic you are chasing. They are typically the more affordable option.

Single or double bowl?
When it comes down to choosing between a single or double bowl, we feel the factors that come to play are space, and appeal. Single bowls compliment a modernized kitchen greatly, it creates a more simplistic look. Without the divider between each basin, it feels as if you have more space to work with. Double-bowls were traditionally the popular option, you would have one basin for dirty dishes, and the other for everything else, making the clean up process much easier.
